Natalya Cappellini - CEO
Natalya Cappellini founded Curato in 2018 after a successful career with large-scale construction management firms, driven by a desire to bring a more personalized, design-focused approach to commercial construction. With a B.S. in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and more than 14 years in the field, Natalya brings rare fluency in both design and build—translating architectural vision into precise scopes, budgets, and schedules while safeguarding constructability and finish quality.
Boston-raised, she pairs an East Coast work ethic with West Coast creativity. Her leadership style centers on clarity, accountability, and partnership—assembling loyal, high-performing teams of subcontractors and vendors and earning repeat business through consistent delivery. Curato’s portfolio spans offices, restaurants, law firms, gyms, creative studios, galleries, and retail environments. Representative clients include Moxy Hotels, 33 Taps, Fundrise, Lenovo, Redcar, Mother, Uppercut, Code Ninjas, Warhammer, and Little Fatty, alongside boutique professional firms and emerging brands.
Natalya is known for orchestrating complex interiors, aligning stakeholders, and driving projects to the finish line with tight punch lists and meticulous attention to detail. She resides in West Hollywood and leads Curato’s growing team serving clients across Greater Los Angeles.
Charlene Martin, Project Manager
Charlene brings a decade worth of experience to Curato. Her expertise is focused on large-scale development projects, spec home building, and design-build project delivery. She has a valued background with construction firms of all scales and experience with diverse project types, including mixed-use and luxury retail. Charlene embraces project challenges and complexities. She is a problem-solver at full tilt, focusing on maintaining profitability objectives and client satisfaction.

Chelsea Curry, Project Manager
Chelsea has risen through the ranks of construction management after getting a valuable foundation in high end finish carpentry. Her in-depth knowledge of the highly technical aspects of construction makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Chelsea has experience in high-end residential and commercial construction, product management, and technical drawing development, as well as building green and LEED standards. Combining her technical trade and professional communication skills, she is extremely detail-oriented and solution-focused.
