Border x Brewing - Curato completed the high-profile overhaul of a dilapidated 7,500 sf brick building in Bell, California for Border X Brewing and LA developer, Ventana Ventures. Scope included abatement, extensive demo, brick exposure, new restrooms, all new utilities, new roof, new 70’ anodized bronze custom storefront, new windows cut in, all new lighting, newly resurfaced parking lot to meet current ADA standards, new monumental stair with custom iron railing, and more.
