Prevail Boxing - west hollywood, ca

Renovation of Prevail Boxing’s flagship LA location in under 1 week. Scope included new 46’ long steel frame for 12 boxing bags, new office, new reception millwork, new concrete floor, new exterior lighting, and paint and client brand signage throughout. Worked within an extremely tight schedule in order to meet client deadline.

Border x brewing - bell, ca

Completed the high-profile overhaul of a dilapidated 7,500 sf brick building in Bell, California for Border X Brewing and LA developer, Ventana Ventures. Scope included abatement, extensive demo, brick exposure, new restrooms, all new utilities, new roof, new 70’ anodized bronze custom storefront, new windows cut in, all new lighting, newly resurfaced parking lot to meet current ADA standards, new monumental stair with custom iron railing, and more.

Purchased a 1940's hunting cabin in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills. Completely gutted down to the studs. Brought gas to property, upgraded plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Completely reconfigured exterior walls, doors, and windows to optimize natural sunlight and ventilation. Exposed existing beams in vaulted master bathroom. Added new master bathroom in vaulted bedroom with new skylight above new shower. Installed new skylights, new glass doors, and new windows. New kitchen. Reconfigured exterior site walls to optimize parking on tight hillside street. Removed over 20 tons of dirt behind house to create new patio nestled in the hillside. Tastefully and uniquely furnished. Sold in 2017.
